Requirements

  • 2+ years integration architecture experience
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SCP integration
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Profound HR processes knowledge
  • Excellent German communication skills
  • SAP WebAS and interface technologies knowledge
  • Willingness to travel for customer demand
  • Interest in driving Empleox development and growth

Tasks

  • Analyze and develop SuccessFactors, SAP, and non-SAP integration architectures
  • Record and improve existing business processes
  • Design and conceive automation for business processes
  • Design and develop integration scenarios with SAP Cloud Platform Integration
  • Develop integration scenarios with SuccessFactors Integration Center
  • Develop interfaces in SAP HCM with ABAP
  • Participate in developing SAP technology consulting services for HR
  • Support customers in selecting integration solutions during presales
  • Act as an expert in presales for integration solutions

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
