- Prepare Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops
- Design solutions for identified GAPs
- Facilitate business process improvement measures
- Execute System Integration Tests
- Support Data Migration execution
- Support Cutover activities execution
- Ensure system implementation with near-/offshore teams
- Act as sparring partner for the client
- Manage project responsibilities
