- Prepare decision papers and agendas for governance bodies
- Align governance activities with industry standards
- Work with quality and audit teams for compliance
- Conduct periodic audits to identify risks and improvements
- Act as integrator for cross-segment governance activities
- Harmonize domain-specific governance requirements
- Drive convergence of operating models
- Track and analyze governance-related KPIs
- Report on policy adoption and compliance levels
- Facilitate cross-domain remediation plans
- Ensure timely closure of governance actions
