Tasks
- Lead large-scale cloud transformation programmes
- Manage programme from initiation to delivery and transition
- Own programme planning, governance, risk management, financial oversight
- Coordinate multi-stream delivery across various teams
- Manage senior client stakeholders, provide status reports, issue management
- Oversee cloud migration and modernisation initiatives
- Establish and run programme governance forums
- Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Ensure delivery adheres to cloud best practices, regulatory constraints
- Contribute to proposals, programme planning, transformation offerings
- Ensure end-to-end delivery, from assessment to transition
- Align delivery to business outcomes, financial objectives, risk constraints
- Provide senior leadership across multi-workstream programmes
- Coordinate architecture, engineering, finance, business teams
- Shape transformation roadmaps, ensure predictable, value-driven delivery
- Define transformation approaches, delivery models, governance frameworks
- Contribute to go-to-market propositions
- Support development of Cloud Transformation and Delivery Management offerings
