- Ensure FIS AF solution covers the entire contract lifecycle
- Consult directly with clients, including potential travel
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements
- Assess client needs and configure FIS AF system
- Identify gaps and manage implementation dependencies
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- Provide second-level support as part of the service team
- Resolve project issues efficiently
