Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- •Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or similar role
- •Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits, and employee recognition programs
- •Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, data modeling)
- •Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and people data
- •Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
- •Effective communicator with ability to present to Executive stakeholders
- •Highly detail-oriented, discreet, and professional

Tasks
- •Lead the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits programs
- •Conduct market research and benchmarking for competitive total rewards
- •Maintain accurate compensation structures and salary ranges
- •Support annual and off-cycle salary review cycles
- •Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
- •Oversee implementation of employee benefits across multiple geographies
- •Review and enhance benefits offerings based on feedback and insights
- •Support communication initiatives for benefits and well-being programs
- •Partner with the People team to align rewards with performance management
- •Provide insights for reward-related decision-making
- •Maintain accurate HR data in systems for reporting
- •Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation and benefits metrics
- •Collaborate with People Ops and Finance for budgeting and planning
- •Create engaging materials to explain total rewards programs
