In this role, you will co-lead global clinical trials, ensuring they meet quality and regulatory standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing teams and vendors, maintaining patient safety, and using data to enhance trial performance.

Requirements

• •Advanced degree in Life Sciences or equivalent work experience
• •At least 5 years professional experience in clinical research
• •At least 3 years of expertise in clinical trial management
• •Proven experience in all aspects of clinical trial management
• •Proven track record of leading two or more global clinical trials
• •Highly motivated and self-dependent problem solver
• •Ability to work in a multi-cultural, cross-functional team
• •Upholding patient safety, data integrity, and confidentiality
• •Fluency in business and medical English
• •German language skills advantageous

Tasks

• •Co-lead the execution of global Phase I-IV clinical trials
• •Ensure quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
• •Oversee CROs, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• •Ensure efficient and cost-effective trial delivery
• •Maintain patient safety and data integrity
• •Ensure continuous inspection readiness with robust documentation
• •Apply data-driven oversight to manage risk
