• •Extensive experience as Clinical Research Associate
• •Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations
• •Ability to manage multiple sites and projects
• •Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• •Expertise in monitoring and data integrity
• •Proficiency in clinical trial software
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in English and German
• •Ability to travel 60% of time
• •Valid driver’s license
• •Ophthalmology experience

Tasks

• •Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence
• •Ensure regulatory and GCP standard compliance
• •Conduct site visits to assess performance
