Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Character Artist
- Expert knowledge of character art workflows
- Deep understanding of anatomy and topology
- Strong sculpting skills in facial anatomy
- Proficient in ZBrush, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer, and DCC
- Ability to translate concept art into realistic characters
- Ability to deliver optimized, game-ready assets
- Experience collaborating with outsourcing teams
- Strong eye for detail and realism
- Collaborative mindset with problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time
- Solid understanding of real-time game engines
- Willingness to mentor junior and mid-level artists
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Relocation to Frankfurt

- Proficiency in high and low poly character work
- Proficiency in texturing with PBR workflows
- Strong technical skills in optimization and skinning
- Strong artistic skills in anatomy and proportions
- Keen eye for detail and realism in sculpting
- Experience with organic and non-organic elements
- Consistency and quality across character pipeline
Tasks

- Collaborate with Character Art Lead, Tech Art, Concept, and Animation
- Ensure character fidelity and functionality
- Review external assets for outsourcing integration
- Provide structured feedback on outsourced work
- Maintain consistent quality across character assets
