Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Retail Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Buying, Category Management, or Key Account Management, ideally within e-commerce or Home & Living industry
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models, market dynamics, and consumer trends
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret commercial data and translate insights into strategic actions
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills, combined with confident and results-driven mindset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English

Tasks

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international premium brand partners
  • Negotiate competitive commercial terms and marketing agreements
  • Secure access to attractive product assortments
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic initiatives with brand partners
  • Analyse buying performance and sales trends
  • Monitor key commercial KPIs
  • Derive actionable insights for strategic decision-making
  • Utilise AI and automation in analysis
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Category Management
  • Ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives
  • Monitor market developments and consumer trends
  • Identify growth opportunities
  • Strengthen assortment strategy
  • Approach and onboard new premium brand partners
  • Enhance existing portfolio
