Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of AFC regulatory framework, processes, systems
  • Several years relevant Business Analyst experience
  • Interpreting regulatory/policy-driven AFC requirements
  • Prior experience in AFC function (ideal)
  • Proven experience managing complex projects/work packages
  • Familiarity with common project management methodologies
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Structured working style
  • High level of organisational talent
  • Initiative and curiosity
  • Enthusiasm for multidisciplinary/international teams
  • Very strong communication skills in German
  • Very strong communication skills in English

Tasks

  • Analyse and assess impacts of AFC and Risk framework changes
  • Collaborate with Global AFC, KYC, Compliance, and Business teams
  • Define and align detailed business requirements with stakeholders
  • Coordinate cross-regional project implementation and oversight
  • Ensure consistent project execution across all locations
  • Adjust global internal and external documents
  • Organize and lead global project-related training sessions
  • Prepare and present project updates to governance bodies
