Requirements

• •Experience as Senior Backend Engineer
• •Backend systems experience in Go, Java, Kotlin, C#, or Rust
• •Experience with relational databases
• •Understanding of reliability, performance, and debugging
• •Design of distributed or microservice systems
• •Design and consumption of APIs
• •Experience running services in cloud environments
• •Experience in agile, cross-functional teams
• •Experience with Git-based workflows
• •Clear communication skills in English
• •Experience with PostgreSQL in production
• •Experience with message brokers
• •Experience with Kubernetes and containerization
• •Experience with Infrastructure as Code
• •Knowledge of networking fundamentals
• •Experience with live-service or multiplayer backends
• •Previous experience in gaming industry
• •Passion for sim racing or motorsport
