Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of backend software development experience
  • •Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language, preferably Go
  • •Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS or comparable) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • •Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • •Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • •Self-driven, proactive, product-oriented mindset
  • •Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
  • •Adaptability to changing priorities and comfort with ambiguity
  • •Experience in payments and financial services or fintech environments
  • •Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems

Tasks

  • •Develop and maintain backend services for neobanking features
  • •Build scalable systems on AWS using Docker and Kubernetes
  • •Collaborate with mobile engineers for seamless banking integration
  • •Improve banking infrastructure and manage migrations
  • •Contribute to technical designs and architecture decisions
  • •Integrate with external banking systems and payment providers
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
  • •Participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards
  • •Work with the Product Manager and Designer to meet quarterly OKRs
