Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in Azure data platforms
  • •In-depth knowledge of data architecture and distributed systems
  • •Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills
  • •Fluency in German and very good English skills

  • •Design architecture for lakehouse platforms
  • •Implement zero-ETL data integration via mirroring
  • •Utilize Azure services like OneLake and Fabric
  • •Implement Unity Catalog for centralized data management
  • •Establish fine-grained access control with Purview
  • •Build DataOps frameworks using Delta Live Tables
  • •Manage performance and costs with automated monitoring tools
  • •Develop security and compliance concepts
  • •Integrate VNet, Private Link, Key Vault, and AD
  • •Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • •Assist with architecture decisions
  • •Advise stakeholders on data strategy and technology selection
