Requirements

  • •Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or comparable programs
  • •4-8 years of experience in the indexing business or other relevant fields
  • •Strong expertise in equity investment products
  • •Further proven programming skills in Python
  • •Experience with data vendor terminals (e.g. FactSet)
  • •Delivery of timely results with focus on high quality under tight deadlines
  • •Self-confidence and team spirit
  • •Intercultural competence and excellent communication skills in English

Tasks

  • •Develop and implement innovative equity index methodologies
  • •Design equity index strategies in quantitative, thematic, and ESG areas
  • •Conduct historical performance simulations for investment strategies
  • •Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert in client meetings and sales campaigns
  • •Provide technical and professional support to clients and stakeholders
  • •Draft index guidelines and supporting documents
  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in index development
  • •Coordinate with operations, sales, and marketing teams for index launches
