Description

You will lead the creative vision for beauty and fashion accounts, balancing hands-on design with team mentorship to ensure every brand concept and workflow is executed to the highest standard.

Requirements

• •Completed studies or training in graphic or communication design
• •At least 4-5 years of professional experience
• •Proficiency in all current design programs
• •Skills in After Effects, Premiere, and Cinema 4D
• •Very good customer, product, and brand knowledge
• •Strong conceptual ability
• •Understanding of traditional and new media interaction
• •Familiarity with social media trends and mechanics
• •Experience in creating engaging social media campaigns
• •Strong affinity for beauty and fashion
• •Extensive experience with shoots and social productions
• •Confident dealing with partners and service providers
• •Very confident presentation skills in German and English
• •Confidence in Adobe Creative Suite
• •An impressive portfolio

Tasks

• •Develop innovative design concepts and brand looks
• •Create diverse layouts and presentation templates
• •Prepare and participate in client presentations
• •Brief photographers, illustrators, and concept designers
• •Provide professional guidance to junior team members
• •Manage project overviews and resource planning
