Requirements

  • University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Several years of experience in data analytics, analytical consulting, or advisory roles, ideally focused on credit risk, fraud analytics, or marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of banking regulatory requirements and analytical use cases in financial services and payments industry
  • Proven expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining
  • Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages and PySpark
  • Experience with cloud-based data and analytics platforms is advantageous
  • Experience with data visualization tools is advantageous
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Fluent English language skills

Tasks

  • Analyze large, diverse datasets for actionable insights
  • Support business decisions in credit risk, fraud analytics, and customer behavior
  • Design advanced statistical models and machine learning solutions
  • Implement solutions for complex client challenges
  • Assess client needs during pre-sales activities
  • Develop tailored solution concepts
  • Support proof-of-concept projects
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Marketing teams
  • Integrate analytics into client solutions
  • Strengthen client relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Support business development initiatives
