Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Solid exposure to M&A, valuations, due diligence or transaction-related financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and complex financial/operational dataset experience
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
- Ability to translate analyses into clear business insights
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international environment
Tasks
- Monitor German healthcare and diagnostic services market
- Identify acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities
- Support and coordinate M&A and investment projects
- Participate in financial, tax, legal, and commercial due diligence
- Prepare financial analyses, valuations, projections, and models
- Support preparation of investment materials for internal committees
- Assist in negotiations on valuation, transaction structure, and terms
- Coordinate workstreams with external financial, tax, and legal advisors
- Collaborate with internal experts in Operations, Legal, Medical, IT, and Patient Experience
- Support post-merger integration activities
- Contribute to group-level strategic initiatives
