- 5+ years data engineering, analytics engineering, data platform ownership, or technical leadership

Tasks
- Lead the evolution of the internal data and analytics platform
- Define and build the organization's data usage foundation
- Own data quality standards, metric definitions, and data contracts
- Guide and coordinate a small data engineering team
- Provide technical guidance and test data integration
- Design and contribute to ELT pipelines and data models
- Drive the Databricks migration technically and product-wise
- Own the platform roadmap and OKRs with senior leadership
- Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements
- Translate business needs into platform improvements and analytics
- Establish a clear intake and prioritization process
- Drive platform adoption through documentation and demos
- Enable platform usage through training activities
