Requirements
- Strong pipeline development, technical direction, or workflow automation
- Solid programming skills (e.g. Python) and tool/script building experience
- Experience integrating AI/GenAI into production workflows
- Deep understanding of content production, asset management, and rendering pipelines
- Strong system thinking and scalable, modular solution design
- Experience across interdisciplinary teams (Creative, Tech, Production, CGI)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Work permit in Germany and one year onsite work in Germany
- Experience with machine learning concepts (model training, LoRAs, data pipelines)
- Familiarity with cloud-based workflows and distributed systems
- Experience in high-volume production environments (automotive, e-commerce, media)
- Passion for efficient, scalable, future-proof production systems
Tasks
- Integrate AI/GenAI tools into production workflows
- Automate repetitive production steps
- Develop internal tools and scripts for efficiency
- Translate experimental AI capabilities into production-ready systems
- Architect modular, scalable workflow systems
- Design data flows between creative tools and AI systems
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies
- Ensure performance and scalability of workflow systems
- Reduce operational complexity in toolchains
- Act as interface between Creative, Tech, and AI teams
- Collaborate with Artists, Designers, Developers, and AI Engineers
- Build reusable tools and workflow standards
- Support projects from prototyping to production
- Contribute to technical concepts and innovation initiatives
