- Translate concepts into high-quality prototypes
- Mature prototypes toward product readiness
- Define rigorous evaluation and benchmarking methods
- Measure quality, reliability, and business usefulness
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams

- Prepare successful handover to product organizations
- Shape technical direction in fast-moving problem spaces
