Tasks
- Lead a major part of the AI product surface
- Own the vision, strategy, and impact of an important area of the AI platform
- Deeply understand customer needs, business direction, and AI technology
- Make high-quality decisions based on comprehensive understanding
- Build a compelling product roadmap
- Collaborate daily with ML scientists, engineers, designers, and researchers
- Explore new ideas and assess feasibility with the AI team
- Evaluate trade-offs and turn AI capabilities into valuable product experiences
- Ship ambitious AI products from exploration to production
- Run fast experiments and define success metrics
- Evaluate performance and iterate for effective user experiences
- Integrate AI across the Intercom platform with the core product organization
- Partner with GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption
- Communicate decisions clearly and create alignment across teams
- Lead teams toward impactful outcomes with clarity and momentum

- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
