Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Strong experience building LLM-based applications in production
- Excellent Python skills
- RAG systems experience
- Embeddings experience
- Vector databases experience
- Prompt engineering experience
- Structured outputs experience
- Experience with at least one major LLM framework (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- Experience with agent-based systems (e.g. Autogen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Solid engineering fundamentals: clean code, testing, CI/CD, Docker
- Experience with LLM evaluation or search quality is a strong plus
- Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Execution-focused and pragmatic
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Tasks
- Design and build production-grade AI systems
- Develop scalable LLM-based systems
- Implement workflow agents and multi-agent architectures
- Own AI features from idea to production
- Focus on quality, reliability, and impact
- Build robust RAG pipelines
- Implement retrieval systems using embeddings
- Use vector databases and structured data
- Develop intelligent patient-facing features
- Transform unstructured patient data into insights
- Create personalized health reports
- Drive evaluation and quality
- Build evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs
- Evaluate retrieval quality and agent performance
- Collaborate with product, data, and domain experts
- Translate healthcare problems into AI solutions
- Optimize AI system performance
- Improve latency and cost-efficiency
- Enhance system robustness in production
