Requirements
- Master’s degree in quantitative field
- 3+ years industry experience in AI/ML
- Proficiency in Python and Java
- Practical experience with classic ML and algorithms
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (RAG and Agents)
- Solid grasp of modern DevOps and AI-assisted development
- High degree of autonomy and collaborative peer reviews
- Experience in cross-functional teams
- Strong foundation in mathematics, logic, or statistical modelling
- Exposure to healthcare sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Kotlin, advanced data visualisation, or MLOps
Tasks
- Advance development of hybrid AI architecture
- Refine and scale patented hybrid engine
- Focus on interface between LLM-based reasoning and probabilistic logic
- Write and deploy high-availability production code in Java and Python
- Ensure code adheres to security and scalability standards
- Maintain internal evaluation and validation frameworks
- Extend synthetic data generation capabilities
- Implement automated metric tracking
- Enhance model explainability
- Translate complex medical requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with Medical Experts and AI Engineers
- Provide technical documentation for stakeholders
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., SaMD)
