Requirements

  • •Master degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or similar
  • •PhD in similar direction as a plus
  • •3-5 years of insurance or related industry experience
  • •3 years of (Gen)AI solution development experience
  • •Proficient development skills with Python
  • •Understanding and practical experience of (Gen)AI approaches
  • •Practical experience with multi-agent AI systems as a plus
  • •Strong skills in co-creating with business users
  • •Experience presenting solutions to stakeholders
  • •Experience with MCP / A2A protocol and agentic frameworks as a plus
  • •DevOps experience as a plus
  • •Experience with ETL process as a plus
  • •Genuine interest and affinity for IT and GenAI

Education

Master's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

3 - 5 years

Tasks

  • •Design and develop Agentic AI solutions
  • •Roll out AI solutions to production
  • •Consult with business units to structure solutions
  • •Drive the solution go-live process
  • •Support the AI journey post-implementation
  • •Hand over operations to the designated partner
  • •Act as the primary contact for solutions
