In this role, you will transform the hospitality industry by redesigning core products into autonomous systems and building a comprehensive AI data platform. Your work will involve creating intelligent workflows and models that enhance decision-making across hotels and global brands.

Requirements

• •Deep AI engineering expertise
• •Strong experience with LLM systems, agentic architectures, and advanced prompting & reasoning frameworks
• •Hands-on with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Local LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Qwen), Vector databases and retrieval architectures
• •Solid background in data engineering, data science, knowledge graphs, event-driven and scalable backends
• •Ability to design complex, production-grade multi-agent systems that are reliable, auditable, explainable, fast and scalable
• •Strong bias for execution
• •Thrives in 01 environments
• •Ambitious, fast, and comfortable with ownership

• •Redesign Rocket into a multi-agent architecture
• •Build agents to automate MICE processes
• •Implement LLM pipelines using AWS Bedrock
• •Utilize local and fine-tuned LLMs
• •Develop vector DBs and embedding strategies
• •Create hotel-specific knowledge models
• •Establish reliable agent behaviors in complex environments
• •Architect and scale the global hospitality data lake
• •Unify PMS, CRM, RFP, event, and operational datasets
• •Create a scalable canonical data model
• •Build the intelligence layer for predictive demand
• •Optimize revenue through data insights
• •Automate processes and develop profile graph models
• •Create operational insight engines
• •Build autonomous multi-agent workflows inside Rocket
• •Design the integration between PMS data and Data Lake
• •Develop models for extraction, reasoning, pricing, and anomaly detection
• •Drive architectural decisions with founders and engineers
• •Shape the intelligence layer for thousands of hotels
