- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered systems or AI agents
- 4+ years production ML/backend engineering, especially LLM systems
- Strong Python programming, scalable backend services
- Cloud experience (AWS/GCP)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, MLflow, or Kubeflow experience
- LLM application frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex)
- ML frameworks (Hugging Face, PyTorch)
Tasks
- Build and scale AI agents for reasoning, tool calling, and interaction
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic retrieval
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails
- Implement observability, monitoring, and cost visibility for LLM and agent workloads
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and platform engineers
- Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Support expansion into new areas like grocery and retail
- Enhance delivery operations for riders, customers, and merchants
