- Experience in large, distributed, multicultural programs
- Ability to train, coach, and facilitate at all levels
- Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, SPC, CTC, CAL, etc.) strong plus
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland, EU or Swiss citizenship, or valid work permit
