Requirements
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or comparable field
- Strong conceptual process understanding and ability to quickly understand complex business and production contexts
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, transforming, or implementing AI-supported processes
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or agentic AI tools and systems
- Extensive project management experience, ideally project leadership, including stakeholder communication
- Deep conceptual understanding of AI technologies and agents, high technical affinity, and knowledge of AI governance requirements
- Ability to design AI-first process architectures, not incremental digital improvements
Tasks
- Analyze existing processes
- Identify AI and agent-based use cases
- Design future-oriented process solutions
- Integrate AI platforms and technologies
- Collaborate with Process Owners and AI Product teams
- Initiate and deliver strategic AI-based initiatives
- Measure impact on efficiency and value creation
- Assess and validate efficiency gains
- Consider data availability and governance
- Embed considerations into business cases
- Translate concepts into feasible solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Design human-AI interaction
- Ensure clear responsibilities and transparency
- Establish AI risk and governance frameworks
- Integrate legal, ethical, and compliance standards
- Communicate and visualize complex topics
- Moderate stakeholder discussions
