Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or comparable technical field
- At least 5 years professional software engineering experience with strong Python skills
- At least 3 years practical experience building and industrializing AI, GenAI or ML-based systems in production
- Strong understanding of modern AI system design including LLM integration, orchestration, RAG, evaluation, monitoring, APIs and deployment
- Practical experience with cloud-based engineering environments, preferably AWS or Azure, including CI/CD and modern DevOps practices
- Ability to take technical ownership in ambiguous situations and translate complex business problems into scalable AI solutions
- Willingness and proven ability to work across changing domains, teams and use cases
Tasks
- Design and build production-grade AI and GenAI solutions
- Take technical ownership of AI initiatives
- Frame problems and develop architectures
- Implement, evaluate, and roll out AI solutions
- Work in cross-functional teams on diverse use cases
- Build scalable AI systems
- Integrate, orchestrate, and monitor AI models
- Set up guardrails and deployment processes
- Challenge existing solution approaches
- Introduce state-of-the-art AI engineering practices
- Define reusable engineering patterns
- Establish technical standards and best practices
- Support less experienced engineers
- Conduct code reviews
- Provide hands-on technical guidance
