Requirements

  • •Completion of commercial or business-related apprenticeship or degree
  • •Additional qualification as Certified Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) advantageous
  • •Relevant experience in accounting
  • •Solid knowledge of HGB and IFRS
  • •Good knowledge of SAP FI, ideally S/4HANA
  • •Enjoyment of process optimization
  • •Contribution to development and implementation of new systems
  • •Structured and precise working style
  • •Strong understanding of financial processes and interdependencies
  • •Clear and appropriate communication with stakeholders
  • •Fluency in German and English, written and spoken

Tasks

  • •Support timely execution of monthly and quarterly financial closings
  • •Reconcile key balance sheet and P&L positions
  • •Contribute to the implementation of IFRS requirements
  • •Collaborate with partners to implement new accounting functionalities
  • •Support development of global accounting standards
  • •Prepare technical content for international entities
  • •Contribute to cross-functional initiatives
  • •Manage and drive international projects
  • •Identify optimization and automation opportunities
  • •Drive implementation of process improvements
  • •Present structured improvement proposals
  • •Act as a technical contact for Audit, Tax, and Finance teams
