Requirements
- Business degree or commercial training with focus on Accounting
- Several years of professional experience in Accounting, ideally with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of HGB accounting, financial statement preparation, and cashflow management
- Excellent knowledge of Business Central 365 or a comparable ERP system

Tasks
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Manage financial accounting processes
- Ensure timely financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Act as the main contact for auditors and tax advisors
- Contribute to ongoing accounting and closing processes
- Post complex business transactions
- Oversee account and intercompany reconciliation
- Maintain the general ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Handle group-wide reporting including IC reporting
- Assist in preparing tax returns and VAT declarations
