- Collaborate with Distribution, Distribution Operations, and Sales Controlling
- Ensure high-quality deliverables from outsourcing partners
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Perform variance analysis and investigate fluctuations
- Promote continuous improvement in the finance team
- Act as deputy for the Head of Revenues and Expenses Europe
- Lead and mentor a team of three accountants
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and audits
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance
