Tasks
- Own and grow Aurora's customer portfolio in Europe
- Drive retention, adoption, and expansion with customer stakeholders
- Lead renewals and commercial negotiations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Use product data to forecast expansion and flag churn risk
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs
