Requirements
- •Strong interest in digital products, innovation, and business strategy
- •Agency account management experience at a leading digital agency or similar organisation
- •Demonstrable experience working across diverse digital projects, including experience design (UX/UI), iterative design sprints, and web development
- •Some experience and interest collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch consumer-facing programs
- •Familiarity with generative AI tools and applications
- •Experience with global luxury and automotive brands preferred
- •Solid understanding of the end-to-end digital product development lifecycle
- •Successful track record of building exceptional client relationships
- •Comfort and understanding of standard web development project terminology and processes
- •Strong presentation skills such as written, visual, and verbal
- •Ability to structure strategic ideas into well-ordered and insightful keynote presentations
- •Knowledge of agile development methodologies and frameworks is highly desirable
- •Good judgement: provide guidance and analyse situations under pressure
- •Commercial acumen: consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- •Business-level fluency in both German and English

- •Create detailed month-by-month resource forecasts
- •Produce professional-quality written documentation
- •Conduct final quality checks on all deliverables
- •Guide the team in developing a digital product vision and roadmap
