Senior Account Executive, CRM Solutions(m/w/x)
Developing and growing assigned accounts with C-suite executives for an AI-enhanced cloud platform. Deep solution sales experience, including AI integration, required. Territory resource deployment and strategic sales planning.
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes
- Deep solution sales experience (CRM/CX/CPaaS/CCaaS/SOM vendor)
- Deep understanding of CRM/CX/CSM business processes
- Experience leading complex virtual/matrixed teams
- Ability to understand broad IT needs of clients
- 8+ years sales experience (complex software/platform solutions)
- Deep industry knowledge of assigned vertical
- Experience establishing trusted client relationships
- Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals
- Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Communicate complex issues simply (written/oral)
- Forge strong business relationships (internal/external)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Oversee development and growth of assigned accounts
- Deploy territory resources effectively
- Develop a sales strategy for the allocated territory
- Create a target prospect list and regional sales plan
- Build relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO)
- Arrange and conduct initial executive discussions
- Collaborate with Solution Consulting team for product demonstrations
- Develop a clear roadmap and capabilities for clients and ServiceNow teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers
- Understand and drive the Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap
- Lead CRM opportunities and collaborate with Core Sales Teams
- Present CRM Workflows offering to prospects, customers, and partners
- Articulate customer success strategies to the field
- Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities
- Manage the sales process and close opportunities
- Ensure ongoing account management and customer satisfaction
- Drive additional revenue streams
