- Ensure alignment with Corporate Security, Product Security, IT Security, Data Privacy, and Crisis Management processes
- Coordinate major security incidents
- Lead crisis management efforts when necessary
- Define KPIs for the incident management process
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders on incident management
- Conduct emergency exercises and deliver training on incident processes
