Security Incident Process Owner(m/w/x)
Owning and optimizing security incident management processes and tools for a global rail and road technology provider. Extensive experience in security operations and incident response required. Work from EU abroad option, sabbaticals.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Organizational Management, or related field
- Extensive professional experience in security operations, incident response, or process management
- Professional certifications and solid understanding of security, incident, and crisis management standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, 27035)
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to lead under pressure
- Clear and effective communication up to top management
- Experience with incident management tools (SIEM, SOAR, etc.)
- Fluent in spoken and written German
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel
Tasks
- Own and optimize security incident management process
- Optimize related tools
- Ensure alignment of related processes
- Integrate related processes
- Coordinate major security incidents
- Lead crisis management when required
- Define KPIs
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Ensure alignment with ISO standards
- Ensure alignment with internal governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Perform emergency exercises
- Deliver training on incident processes
