Requirements
- •Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
- •Extensive professional experience in security operations, incident response, or process management
- •Professional certifications (e.g., ISO/IEC 27035 Lead Incident Manager, Cyber Crisis Management Planning Professional, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are an advantage
- •Strong knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 27035 and related frameworks
- •High analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to lead under pressure
- •Experience with incident management tools (SIEM, SOAR, etc.)
- •Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- •Willingness to travel

Tasks
- •Own and optimize the security incident management process
- •Ensure alignment with Corporate Security, Product Security, IT Security, Data Privacy, and Crisis Management processes
- •Coordinate major security incidents
- •Lead crisis management efforts when necessary
- •Define KPIs for the incident management process
- •Drive continuous process improvement
- •Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal governance
- •Collaborate with stakeholders on incident management
- •Conduct emergency exercises and deliver training on incident processes
