Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of security operations, managing entrance areas, assisting visitors, and responding to emergencies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve monitoring safety equipment and ensuring smooth communication within the facility.

Requirements

• •Technical vocational training in electrical engineering, security, service, or surveillance
• •Professional experience in a comparable position
• •Good technical understanding and confident use of modern communication tools
• •Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented manner
• •Customer focus, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
• •Reliability, discretion, and team spirit
• •Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of visitor management systems
• •Willingness to work shifts and participate in further training
• •Very good German and English skills; any additional languages

Tasks

• •Control and monitor entrance and exit areas
• •Welcome, register, and assist visitors and suppliers
• •Issue and check visitor badges
• •Process emergency calls to the control center
• •Monitor security and fire protection equipment
• •Operate building management and video surveillance systems
• •Answer and forward phone calls
• •Process incoming mail and goods
• •Provide support during emergencies and initiate appropriate measures
• •Perform general administrative tasks
