- •Create roadmaps connecting plants to Industry 4.0 visions
- •Align local site needs with global strategic imperatives
- •Lead Communities of Practice to develop impactful programs
- •Collaborate across OT pillars and corporate IT teams
- •Orchestrate portfolio intake and build consolidated roadmaps
- •Guide project execution with investment and outcome transparency
- •Establish governance frameworks for sites and enabling functions
- •Represent the Life Science sector in cross-sector forums
- •Manage strategic partnerships with key solution providers
- •Drive simplification initiatives to reduce costs and enhance capabilities
- •Report to the Head of Sector OT Architecture and Cybersecurity
