In this role, you will lead a talented team focused on developing synthetic molecules, driving innovation through advanced data analytics and mechanical modeling, and ensuring efficient processes that deliver quality products to patients worldwide.

Requirements

• •Higher education at least Master's level in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Process Engineering, or closely related field
• •Proven experience in process engineering/modeling within chemical or pharmaceutical industry
• •Demonstrated passion for new technologies and data-based insights
• •Strong conceptual thinking skills
• •Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• •Technical expertise in change management
• •Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in German is a plus

Tasks

• •Support the development of synthetic pipeline molecules
• •Manufacture Drug Substance and Drug Product for clinical studies
• •Lead a team of data scientists, process modelers, and automation engineers
• •Leverage advanced data analytics and mechanical modeling
• •Implement real-time monitoring to enhance process development
• •Cultivate a high-performing team environment
• •Foster strong team spirit and motivation
• •Accelerate the impact of mechanical modeling across projects
• •Build relationships with universities and research consortia
• •Guide the scaling-up of chemical processes from lab to manufacturing
• •Define robust scale-down conditions for laboratory development
• •Integrate engineering considerations into process design
• •Champion continuous improvement and open collaboration
• •Enhance work processes to improve efficiency
• •Support laboratory operations and manufacturing campaigns
