Requirements

  • Understanding of seat certification process for (E)TSO approval
  • Knowledge of aircraft seating industry and vendors
  • Ability to compile technical documentation for review
  • Experience using Catia V5 / V6, AutoCAD, myboeingfleet.com
  • Principled, reliable professional with integrity, safety, accountability

Tasks

  • Certify aircraft seating products
  • Produce STCs for post-delivery seating installation
  • Support experienced engineers in creating modification drawings
  • Compile seat certification documentation
  • Collaborate with Boeing Commercial Airplanes teams
  • Ensure aircraft cabin quality and condition
  • Serve as technical focal for engineering and certification issues
  • Integrate airplane seating post-production delivery
