Requirements

  • Solid experience in applying agile methods, ideally within Scrum framework
  • Experience with scaled agile frameworks (LeSS or SAFe)
  • Experience in international cross-entity projects
  • Ideally hold Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • High initiative and effective independent/team work
  • Strong interest in continuous development and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of agile software development
  • Strong skills in working with DevOps, Miro, and JIRA
  • Business-fluent English skills (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Support and motivate 2-3 international teams
  • Coordinate regularly with other Scrum Masters
  • Ensure consistent and effective collaboration
  • Continuously optimize the development process
  • Take responsibility for the Scrum process
  • Ensure correct Scrum implementation within the team
  • Organize and facilitate Scrum meetings
  • Ensure quality management requirements are considered
  • Maintain and ensure transparency of Scrum artifacts
  • Monitor adherence to Scrum practices
  • Support Scrum implementation within the team
  • Establish and promote agile practices
  • Support Product Owners in managing the Product Backlog

  • Master's degree
