Requirements

  • Degree in business, economics, or technical field, ideally with e-commerce focus, or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT environment
  • Passion for agility, coaching, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strong communication and solution-oriented mindset
  • Background in software development (ideal)
  • Fluent German skills
  • Very good English skills

Tasks

  • Support business units in defining web requirements
  • Plan implementation of projects and change initiatives
  • Foster understanding of empirical product planning
  • Share expertise in agile practices
  • Maintain and order Product Backlog efficiently
  • Coach development team toward self-organization
  • Promote effective cross-functional collaboration
  • Support delivery of high-quality products
  • Remove impediments to development process
  • Guide organization in Scrum adoption
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters for continuous improvement

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
