- Drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments
- Higher education (university degree or equivalent)
- Experience with Kanban, XP, or DevOps
- Proactive, independent, and solution-focused working style
- Open-minded personality, team-player
- Interpersonal and conflict solving skills
- Agility as a passion
- Experience with Scaled Agile approaches (LeSS or SAFe) is beneficial
- Highly motivated to design next steps towards DevOps
- Proficient Business English
- French is a major plus
Tasks
- Facilitate Scrum events to define and refine Sprint Backlog
- Organize and moderate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Retrospectives
- Coach the team on Agile values and principles
- Help remove team impediments
- Maintain and update the backlog
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to keep the Product Backlog current and clear
- Ensure well-defined sprint goals and team commitment
- Identify root causes of missed sprint goals
- Drive continuous improvement in team, process, and product
- Define and track DORA metrics
- Support planned experiments and empirical methods
- Work with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to enhance Scrum effectiveness
