Requirements

  • •Post-graduate (PhD) academic education in bio/life sciences
  • •Good theoretical knowledge and practical experience in analytical methods
  • •Experience with virological and cell-based analytical methods
  • •Experience with ELISA
  • •Experience with (q)PCR
  • •Experience with Gyrolab
  • •Experience with FACS
  • •Experience in development, optimization and validation of analytical methods
  • •Preferably industry experience under GMP or GLP
  • •Advanced English communication skills
  • •Advanced German communication skills

Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Manage daily routine testing of GMP samples
  • •Monitor assays and troubleshoot issues
  • •Maintain and improve GMP quality standards
  • •Participate in routine testing as needed
  • •Transfer and validate methods for analytical procedures
  • •Train colleagues on analytical methods
  • •Prepare and review technical documents, including SOPs and reports
  • •Prepare and review quality-related documents, such as Change Requests and Deviation Reports
  • •Develop new QC assays
  • •Qualify equipment
