- •Team player and good communication skills
- •Experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or GMP
- •Experience with IT quality systems (e.g. LIMS, TrackWise)
- •Fluency in English and understanding of German

- •Manage stability studies and projects independently
- •Write and review protocols, reports, and SOPs for stability studies
- •Interpret and present stability data
- •Troubleshoot on a scientific basis
- •Oversee storage chambers, including qualification and monitoring
- •Identify and implement improvements and new technical solutions
- •Handle deviations and out-of-specification results related to stability studies
