- Support process improvements and troubleshooting
- Manage lifecycle of drug product processes
- Identify and analyze limitations or issues during experiments
- Propose solutions and prepare technical reports
- Use scale-down models for process characterization
- Optimize processes with standardized methods
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards
- Support lab operations with procurement and inventory management
- Introduce new technologies to the lab
- Assist in deviation investigations and continuous improvement projects
