Requirements
- •Completed degree in electrical, microsystems, or communications engineering, ideally with a PhD
- •Comprehensive knowledge of system design for high-performance RF components
- •Experience in the design of hybrid high-frequency modules up to 10 GHz
- •Confident use of circuit simulation programs and EM simulation tools (ADS, CST, HFSS)
- •Expertise in the metrological characterization of semiconductor components
- •Experience in research and industrial projects, ideally in a leadership role
- •Business fluent German and English skills
- •Team spirit and strong communication skills
- •Independent scientific approach to work
